- Librarian assistance in-person, by chat, email, and text
- Scheduled research appointments (available online or on campus)
- Physical books and DVDs available for borrowing
- The ability to borrow materials from other Illinois libraries via I-Share interlibrary loan
- Book pick-up services
- Course reserve materials for classes
- Computer Lab with printing, study rooms, and physical study spaces
