Exam Submission for full deadlines
You will no longer need to utilize the Sign-Up Genius to indicate your exam deadlines for full rosters for online or hybrid courses. Make-up or Retests for traditional courses do not need to submit their deadlines in advance. Please note that hybrid and online exams cannot expire on Friday or Saturday.
- Submit an ERFT with the exam information including the exam deadline (you do NOT need to have a completed exam nor the final details of your exam)
- Once the slots on a certain date are full, you will receive a message requesting to pick another date. Additional time slots are made available during midterms and finals.
- A week or so before your exam opens, double check what changes that you need to make through your Instructor Request History tab. You will receive an email reminder to submit any changes.
- If your exam is paper-based, please send the Testing Center a copy so that we can attach it to your exam.
- The Testing Center verifies the exam which triggers an email to your students alerting them of the exam dates

Faculty Guidelines
While there is no deadline, faculty are encouraged to submit their ERFTs as soon as they can to ensure they can select their preferred dates.

Reminders

Please inform the Testing Center when changing passwords for your exam to ensure that your students are able to begin their exam.

Please double check your attachments before submission to exam accuracy as well as ensuring that you are attaching the correct exam
