Updates for Faculty - Fall 2024

Testing Center Updates

Exam Submissions for Full-Roster Online & Hybrid Course Deadlines

To reserve your Full-Roster Online or Hybrid Course Exam Deadlines, faculty will now submit a complete or incomplete Electronic Request for Testing (ERFT). One-off make-up or retest exams for Traditional, Online, or Hybrid Courses do not need to reserve deadlines by submitting an ERFT in advance.

Submitting an Incomplete ERFT:

Should you submit an incomplete ERFT to reserve a deadline date for your Full-Roster Online or Hybrid Course, you will need to complete that ERFT at least 1-week prior to the opening date of your exam.

Editing an ERFT:

To revisit or edit an existing ERFT, you may do so by clicking the “REWORK” link provided in the ERFT Submission Confirmation Email. If that link gives you any issue, please reach out to the Testing Center via email – we are happy to assist you. Instructors have the ability to make edits to most content in the ERFT with the exception of Exam Availability [Date First available & Date Last Available]. Should you need to change the Opening or Closing Date of an exam, please contact Testing as soon as possible for best results. Once exams are verified, please reach out directly to Testing to make any necessary edits.

ERFT Verification:

ERFTs will be verified as they are completed. Once verified, faculty and all students listed on the roster will receive notification. The students are made aware they have an exam available to take in the Testing Center and are provided the Exam Availability as it was selected on the ERFT by the instructor. Any alterations to these dates MUST be communicated to Testing as soon as possible. Violations of this will be reported to the Director of Testing and the appropriate dean.
