Testing Center Updates
Online and Hybrid faculty that intend to use the Testing Center’s proctoring services for full-roster exams are required to submit complete or incomplete ERFT’s to reserve preferred deadline dates prior to the start of each semester. ERFT’s submitted during the semester may be accepted but preferred deadlines are not guaranteed.
Submitting an Incomplete ERFT:
Should you submit an incomplete ERFT to reserve a deadline date for your Full-Roster Online or Hybrid Course, you will need to complete that ERFT (via REWORK) at least 1-week prior to the opening date of your exam.
Editing an ERFT:
To revisit or edit an existing ERFT, you may do so by clicking the “REWORK” link provided in the ERFT Submission Confirmation Email. If that link gives you any issue, please reach out to the Testing Center via email – we are happy to assist you. Instructors have the ability to make edits to most content in the ERFT with the exception of Exam Availability [Date First available & Date Last Available]. Should you need to change the Opening or Closing Date of an exam, please contact Testing as soon as possible. Once exams are verified, please reach out directly to Testing to make any necessary edits. Any alterations to these dates MUST be approved through Testing as soon as possible. Violations of this will be reported to the Director of Testing and the appropriate dean.
ERFT Verification:
ERFTs will be verified as they are completed. Once verified, faculty and all students listed on the roster will receive notification. The students are made aware they have an exam available to take in the Testing Center and are provided the Exam Availability as it was selected on the ERFT by the instructor. Any alterations to these dates MUST be approved through Testing as soon as possible. Violations of this will be reported to the Director of Testing and the appropriate dean.
Appointments:
Faculty are responsible for submitting complete ERFT’s and for communicating the very same information to students. Students are responsible for scheduling their own appointments according to Testing’s Hours of Operation. Students with accommodations for testing will schedule testing through SAAS.
