At Heartland Community College Lincoln (HCCL), a student can:
- Be a Hometown Hawk
- Participate in a variety of activities with other local students throughout the semester.
- Check out the Hawk Hangout for activities and to lounge between classes.
- Meet with an academic advisor & success coach
- Take exams - Appointments strongly recommended
- Proctored class exams and make-up exams
- Lincoln Testing Center Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm
- Call 217-735-1731, email Lincoln.Center@heartland.edu, or schedule through MyHeartland to arrange an on-campus exam.
- Study on campus
- Access Wi-Fi, work in a quiet setting, collaborate with fellow students, and print class materials at no cost.
- Utilize library & bookstore services
- Coordinate with the Lincoln staff to request library materials be sent to HCCL.
- Take your picture for your HCC I.D. card.
- Arrange for Lincoln staff to pick-up or drop-off items for the bookstore.
- Access a variety of food & non-food items available at no cost to students through the Food Share Program.
- Pay tuition
- Cashiering services for local students.
- Check, debit/credit, & money order accepted. Cash not accepted.
- Operating Hours for HCCL for SP25 are Monday-Thursday, 8am-8pm
- Please note we are closed on Fridays.
- Though minimal, special campus closures are communicated through our website www.heartland.edu/lincoln and social media accounts (see below).
