- General Classroom Based Accommodations
- Students who disclose a history of accommodations or believe they would benefit from accommodations should be directed to SAAS
- The most efficient way to do this is to submit an alert, this allows us to reach out to students!
- Alert Reason: REFER: ACCOMMODATIONS – Classroom -based Accommodations
- Instructors will begin to receive Accommodation Notifications
- Accommodation Notification can be delivered to an instructor at any time over the course of the semester

- Temporary Medical Accommodations
- Students who disclose that they are going to miss classroom (in person, online or hybrid) instructor for a week or more or had to miss classroom (in person, online or hybrid) instruction due to a medical need should be directed to the Temporary Medical Accommodation Process.
- The preferred method of direction is for an instructor to issue an alert with the alert reason: AD: SAAS – Temp Medical Accom
